Sesame Incrusted Tuna Steaks with Fresh Fruit Salsa

This simple and quick recipe will impress you with its simplicity and your friends with its taste!

Ingredients

* 4- 8oz. Fresh tuna steaks
* 4 oz. Terry-aki marinade(available at Dirk's)
* 1 oz. of each black and white sesame seeds
* cilantro sprigs for garnish

Salsa mix

* 2 cups fresh mangos chunks
* 1 cup fresh peaches or nectarines
* 1 cup fresh papaya chunks
* 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

* 1 avocado, seeded and chopped
* 1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin
* 1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and chopped(leave the seeds for heat)
* 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
* 2 limes, juiced

Directions

* Place tuna steaks in marinade for about 15 minutes only. Remove and let drain for a couple of minutes. Mix sesame seeds together then coat tuna with a light coating of seeds. Whatever sticks to the tuna is perfect. Set aside for 15 minutes to firm up the seed coating and to take the chill off the fish.
* This can be done either on the grill, or a grill pan/saute pan on the stove. Place tuna on hot cooking surface and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side. Tuna should be done on the rare side. Remove from heat and slice on a angle to serve. Top with cilantro sprigs.

Salsa Directions

* Add all above ingredients together, except for avocado, a couple of hours ahead so that the flavors blend. Add the avocado last just before serving.
